Biography

Celtic Film and Television Association formed in the 1980’s and organises the Festival of Film and Television in the Celtic Countries. The Festival is a peripatetic event between Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Brittany and Cornwall. First held in 1980 in the Hebrides, the festival was proposed by Michael W Russell, Project Director, Cinema Sgire, as a Festival of Film in the Celtic countries.
