Biography
Est 1946, with managing director Joseph MacLeod, from a project conceived the previous year by Hugh S Roberton, Moultrie Kelsall, William McLellan, William Montgomerie and T G Wolk.
Ambitious plans to create film studios in Scotland with a slate of feature film productions and a Scottish newsreel .
Macleod resigned in 1947 and the project slipped into abeyance. The company finally ceased trading 1954
