The contents are as follows.
(i) Miscellaneous notes. (Folio 1.)
(ii) Miscellaneous articles by Robert Louis Stevenson. Included are four galley slips of the article ‘Confessions of a unionist’, written in 1887, but not published - see Roger G Swearingen, ‘The prose writings of Robert Louis Stevenson’ (London, 1980), page 122. Another item of particular interest is page-proofs of chapters of the ‘South Sea letters’ dealing with Hawaii, which were set up for Sir Sidney Colvin when he was preparing the volume for the Edinburgh Edition of Stevenson's ‘Works’ (Edinburgh, 1895-1898), but were not included in that edition. (Folio 13.)
