Folios 3-4. Letter, 18 December 1902, of Hugh Chisholm to John Murray IV concerning Edith Bell. The letter was forwarded as an enclosure to Edith Bell’s letter to John Murray IV of the 17 April 1903 (folios 1-2).

Folios 21-22. Copy, in the hand of Edith Bell, of a letter, 19 August 1903, of G P Putnam’s Sons, publishers, to Edith Bell. The copy was sent as an enclosure to Bell’s letter to John Murray IV of the 21 August 1903 (folios 19-20).

Folio 38. Press cutting from “The Daily Telegraph”, 29 October 1903. The cutting, a letter to the editor, concerns the publication of “Sixteen years in Siberia” by Leo Deutsch. The cutting was forwarded as an enclosure to Edith Bell’s letter to John Murray IV of the 29 October 1903 (folios 36-37).
