Scope and Contents
This manuscript includes letters, 1893-1897, of Thomas Hepburn to John Murray IV, concerning his works “Barncraig” and “Sunshine and haar”; also letters, 1825-1856, of John Heraud to John Murray II and John Murray III, mostly concerning his work “The descent into hell”. The letters are arranged alphabetically by correspondent, then by date under each name.
