They concern works of his published by Murray, including “An attempt to prove the truth of Christianity”, the Bampton Lectures for 1808; and discussion of works by his wife, Elizabeth, under the pseudonym “Mrs Markham”, including histories of England and France for children, and “The new children’s friend”. The letters are arranged in chronological order.
