Custodial History
When received by NLS the correspondence was bound. To ensure the long term conservation and the ease of use of the correspondence a decision was made to disbind the volume. The letters are now fascicled and boxed. The original binding has been retained. The spine title of the binding reads : "The Representative Correspondence. 1824-1826".
