Letter, 1961, of William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn to John Sutherland enclosing the typescript, [1961], of Fairbairn’s article, ‘A Short Note on Castration’. The article was intended for publication in the ‘International Journal of Psycho-Analysis’, 1961, but would appear not to have been published. Folios 5-8.

Amended carbon-copy of a typescript, [1961], of an article, ‘Synopsis of an Object-Relations Theory of the Personality’, by William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn. The typescript has been amended by Fairbairn. Folios 9-11.

Revised typescript, [1961], of the article, ‘Synopsis of an Object-Relations Theory of the Personality’, by William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn. The typescript incorporates the changes recorded against folios 9-11, above. The article was contributed to the ‘International Journal of Psycho-Analysis’, 1961. Folios 12-14.
