The volume was bound up circa 1820, and includes:

(i) Copies of official memoranda and correspondence, 1806-1807, about the reforms at Baroda, with a contents list compiled by Alexander Walker circa 1820 (folio 1);

(ii) Copies of official correspondence, May 1807, about the expense of the military establishment at Baroda (folio 106);

(iii) Copies of official memoranda and correspondence, 1807-1808, about the positions of Bábáji and Fateh Sing within the Baroda administration, with a contents list compiled by Walker, circa 1820 (folio 175).
