The contents are as follows. (i) Typescript, with a few manuscript corrections (folio 1). Folios 1-28, 47-55 and 69-72 correspond to pages 13-42 of the published text, but the end of the author's note is missing. The rest of the typescript was not published. (ii) Manuscript of six chapters which were omitted from the published version (folio 73). Three leaves are missing after folio 104.
