(ii) Correspondence of Helen D'Arcy Stewart, née Cranstoun, wife of Dugald Stewart, the philosopher, and of her daughter Maria, with the 2nd Earl and Countess and other members of the Minto family, 1811-1844, undated. Single letters of Dugald Stewart (folio 85) and his son Colonel Matthew (folio 167) are included, and many of the letters concern the former, or were written for him by Mrs Stewart (folio 80).
