Scope and Contents
The letter-book is for the year 1867.
The other letters and documents are as follows:
(i) a list, 1854-1870, of the members of the Foreign Mission Committee (Folios 78);
(ii) a list, 1870, of subscribers to the ‘Missionary Record’, and letters, 1870-1872, concerning alterations thereto (folio 87);
(iii) a copy, undated, of a letter, 1869, to the Duke of Argyll (folio 204);
(iv) the Home Mission Report for 1867 (the beginning is lost) (folio 269).
Another copy of the letter to the Duke of Argyll is at MS.7650, folio 58.
