The manuscript, on European watermarked paper, is in Devanāgarī script.
Colophon (folio 140 recto): hariḥ oṃ tat sad iti śrībhagavadgītāsūpaniṣatsu brahmavidyāyāṃ yogaśāstre śrīkṛṣṇārjunasaṃvāde mokṣasanyāsayogo nāma aṣṭādaśādhyāyaḥ śrhī ॥ [that is, the standard colophon to chapter 18 (and so to the whole text), but there is no information about the scribe, owner or date of writing].
On folio 140 verso: iti bhagavadgītā samāptā [‘Here ends the Bhagavadgītā’].
The volume has been misbound so that every alternate page is upside down.
