The contents are as follows:

(i) 'The precedence of England and subsequence of Spain’ written by James Balfour about 1628;

(ii) A roll of precedency of the nobility etc., of England;

(iii) 'Romani Imperii proventes quales Hodie Colliguntur in utraque imperio tam orientali quam occidentali', in the handwriting of Sir Robert Sibbald, but imperfect.
