Press cuttings and a letter, 1930, of Robin Flower, Deputy Keeper of Manuscripts, British Museum, doubtless to Barrett, which were loosely enclosed at various places within the volume, have been tipped in.

The material described here would appear to relate to further revision by John Philp Wood of his revised and corrected edition of 1813 of the ‘Peerage of Scotland’.
