Scope Note: Deeds conveying a personal right to land, containing all the clauses of an ordinary disposition, except the procuratory of resignation and precept of sasine, and also containing a special assignation of the procuratory of precept in the original disposition, which still remained unexecuted. Disposition and assignation was also used if a wadsetter or other creditor wished to convey his rights under a security deed to another person.
