Two plans of a proposed new Pitmurthly farm., 1816.
The plans are as follows: (i) 'Plan of the proposed addition from Luncarty to Pitmurthly farm, March 1816', a sketch map on light tracing paper showing measured fields proposed to be transferred; (ii) A 'Plan of New Pitmurthly farm, March 1816', of a similar format and on paper as (i), endorsed 'This not adopted and a new plan made April 1817'.

The maps are as follows: (i) 'Plan of the grounds of Luncarty', on paper watermarked 1794 and coloured to distinguish Luncarty Feu from Luncarty Farm, with field boundaries and dimensions, tree belts and 'Hatton Fishing Ground' on the Tay identified also; the surveyor is not named. (ii) 'Plan of Luncarty Farm, 1801' by an unidentified surveyor; the fields are measured in Scots chains.
