Scope and Contents From the Series: Most of the compositions of G W Crawford are written on a large scale and the collection consists chiefly of full scores, piano reductions and orchestral parts. The title is from folio i.

The manuscript consists of gatherings of leaves from an account book (possibly MS.22030) cut down to stubs on which are mounted single sheets and some bifolia containing the music.

At the end (folios 46 verso and what follows) are pieces for solo violin and other groups of strings.

Some of the leaves are old bills ruled and used for music.

The covers are two sheets of card.
