The letters of and to Lord Byron have been arranged in alphabetical order by correspondent surname. When first made available for consultation this folder of letters, before it was foliated, included a note in the hand of Lord Byon entitled ‘Note to the name of Southey’ and a letter from an unidentified correspondent.
