Scope and Contents John Wilson Croker wrote numerous articles for the 'Quarterly Review'. Scope and Contents Politician John Wilson Croker (1780-1857) was also a prolific writer. He wrote numerous articles for the 'Quarterly Review', which had been established by John Murray in 1809.
