Summons, 29 April 1633, at instance of Robert Farquhar, merchant, burgess of Aberdeen to Alexander, Lord Saltoun and Walter Stewart. Execution, 29 April 1633., 29 April 1633.
The 8th Lord sold many of the estates and borrowed extensively on the security of Saltoun, which was the subject of endless dispute after his death in 1612.
