Biography
Isobel V S Dunlop was educated at St James' School, West Malvern, and Edinburgh University. She taught at two girls' schools, Westonbirt and Downham, before becoming Concert Organiser for the Scottish Arts Council, 1941-1948. From 1949 until her retirement she was Secretary of the Saltire Music Group. She was a founder of the Saltire Singers.
