This portfolio contains 10 gouache illustrations by Lucinda Mackay for a short story by Rev. Martin Hollingworth, titled 'Luigi the Pelican'.
Illustration titles include:
1. The odd drama of a stray fish hook.
2. Her latest flight of fancy was to do with Italy.
3. Luigi sings, rendering his family absolutely screechless (dated 9 August 2012).
4. Luigi and Professor Polenta, in Verona (2012).
5. Luigi and his family set off to fly to Milan (dated March 2013).
6. Luigi's mother blowing him kisses at La Scala.
7. Luigi's father took Professor Polenta, Luigi's teacher' to one side (dated 3 January 2013).
8. Untitled.
9. Luigi was the last to sing.
10.The winner of the soloista giovane de l'anno award...
The portfolio also contains a typescript draft copy of the short story, 'Luigi the Pelican', beginning 'When Luigi was born, his parents named him Percy.'
