Scope and Contents

File primarily contains early letters from Edith Simon's British and American publishers and literary agents but also includes some copy letters of Edith Simon herself in response. There are also two German-language letters, possibly also from Simon's publishers. Subject matter comprises current writing projects and proposals, reader reports, submission of manuscripts, and author representation.
