Included are two instalments of 'The Spark' newsletter of the Fife Mining Heritage Society (1998-1999); a souvenir booklet for the Miners' Gala 1998; press cuttings commemorating the 1980s miners' strikes (2004); a badge for the Fife Mining Heritage Preservation Society; and letters between WGML librarian Audrey Canning and the Society concerning their ongoing work and efforts to secure the future of the Scottish Mining Museum in Newtongrange (2000).
