A small octavo booklet, stitched but unbound, 16 leaves, the last 8 blank. In the hand of Rev. Donald MacNicol. The first page contains a contents list and Donald MacNicol's signature.
The prose text, ff. 2r-3r, is headed "Murchadh Mac brian" and begins 'An sin do ghabhadar Leinteag shithe'. The contents are described in Mackechnie's 'Catalogue of Gaelic Manuscripts' vol. 1, p. 332.
