Scope and Contents

Small quarto booklet, stitched but unbound, 13 leaves. In the hand of Rev. Donald MacNicol. Folios 1 and 3 are blank, folio 2r contains a contents list and Donald MacNicol's signature.

Contains a collection of Gaelic songs, including a version of Iain MacCodrum's "Moladh Chloinn Dòmhnaill", beginning 'Tappa leat a Dhoil mhic Fhiunlaidh', and of "Oran Raon Ruairidh" by Aonghas mac Alasdair Ruaidh (MacDonald), beg. 'She Lathidh Raoinn Ruaridh / A dhag luanich mo dhusgidh'.
