80.5.1-80.5.6: Legal papers.

80.6.1-80.6.14: Notes and notebooks of George Dundas of Dundas, Advocate.

80.7.1-80.7.14: Miscellaneous papers and books.

The main exceptions are as follows. Correspondence directly relating to the estate accounts and included in numbered series of vouchers has not been removed. Correspondence concerning legal actions has been similarly treated. Formal documents relating to legal processes have been kept with the series of which they form part, and have not been classified as charters. For charters relating to the family, see Ch.B.41-1349.
