Folios 127-131. Carbon copy of a typescript precognition, 1954, of William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn. The copy was forwarded as an enclosure to the letter of Inglis, Orr and Bruce, solicitors, to Fairbairn of the 17 August 1954 (folio 126).

Folios 144-145. Carbon copy of a typescript of a draft statement, 1954, of Jock Sutherland in support of William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn. The statement was forwarded as an enclosure to Sutherland’s letter to Fairbairn of the 22 September 1954 (folio 143).
