This copy of the 'Voyage to America' seems to have been prepared for publication during Alexander Walker's first period of retirement, probably between 1815 and 1821, the original journal having been lost prior to 1815. For the most part this copy is in a hand other than Walker's with revisions by Walker himself as late as 1821.
