Arrangement
Sir Alexander Gray made several collections of his poems, numbering each item in a collection and recording the periodicals to which it was offered for publication. (For these lists, see MS.26008, folios 8-32). He later withdrew the typescripts of published poems from the series, and filed them separately. This arrangement has been retained.
