Music for violin: consisting mainly of elaborate arrangements of Scottish airs, many apparently from Disblair in Aberdeenshire.

Scope and Contents

The manuscript includes an arrangement of a minuet for string trio (folios 20-21), and of `Port Skene` for two flutes and string trio (folios 22 verso-23).

Inside the front cover is a list of measurements for the bagpipe, so called ‘Hybrid Union Pipe’.
