Separated Materials
James Robertson may be the recipient of number 192 and may be connected with James Robertson, manager of the Union Bank of Scotland, who is the recipient of numbers 72 and 75. A considerable number of the items are addressed to Sir John A Murray, Lord Murray, Senator of the College of Justice. Many are detached signatures, envelopes, photographs, etc.
Included are a letter of David Livingstone (number 194), and an Arabic document relating to Macgregor Laird's Niger expedition, 1832, (number 92).
