Scope and Contents
This volume, compiled by Amelia Nisbet Cameron of Duns, contains handwritten knitting patters. The patterns are for various articles of clothing, including a knitted tie, a knitted motor silk muffler, a baby's knitted jacket, a soldier's sock and a cholera belt. Some of the patterns also include hand drawn diagrams to illustrate the instructions.
