Sections (i), (ii), (v), and (vi) are written by Mylne himself; (iii) and (iv) by another late-seventeenth- or early-eighteenth-century hand; the last addition in (vi) is by an eighteenth-century hand. Sections (i), (ii), (iii)-(iv), and (vi) originally had separate paginations: Mylne has overwritten these in paginating throughout. An instruction to his binder survives on folio 75.
