The collection contains an entire month, 9th February-8th March 2002, of music based broadcasts recorded on long-play VHS tapes. The recordings are Subcity’s final month of analogue OfCom backups, which ceased when the station began storing backups online.

The collection represents the transition period as the station moved from analogue FM/AM broadcasting to a completely online medium.
