Scope and Contents George Crabbe had a long career in the Church and he preached in many parishes. During his lifetime, he held livings in the counties of Dorset, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Suffolk and Wiltshire. There are here over 40 manuscripts of sermons that Crabbe composed and delivered.
