Many of the production files contained information which could be deemed sensitive under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. For the sake of record, one file (‘Caledonia Dreaming’) has been kept in its entirety, though anyone wishing to consult it will have to comply with the terms of the Act and complete relevant paperwork. The organisation was formed in 1992 following the amalgamation of the Nature Conservancy Council for Scotland and the Countryside Commission for Scotland.
