Notebook compiled apparently by David J Mackenzie presumably at about the time when the contents of MS.15370: ‘Volume of typed copies of letters and memoranda of Alexander Marshall’ were being typed, containing biographies in note form of the children of William Marshall., [?1899.]
The notes chiefly summarize the military careers of most of William Marshall’s sons. The notes break off after 1831 but a few additional entries in pencil refer to events as far as 1856. Much of the volume is blank.
Notebook, compiled in 1804 by a military or civilian official of the Irish Government, containing lists, with biographical details and comments, of Irishmen implicated in Emmett's Rebellion., 1804.
The biographical details and comments sometimes include physical descriptions, and the most substantial entry (folios 80-84) concerns Michael Quigley, a bricklayer and native of County Kildare.
This volume has also been used in the late 19th century for notes concerning the Minto estate.
