(i) Accounts, 1634-1770, chiefly concerning Marie, Countess of Mar, including proposals by her for sums to be eiked to her husband's testament. There are also valuations of the estates of Airtley and Drumsheugh. (Folios 1-28.)
(ii) Inventories and catalogues, including inventories of the plenishings of Lady Mar's house, 1638, and of the jewels and valuables belonging to Catherine Erskine, Lady Binning, shortly before her death, 1635. There is also a descriptive catalogue of family pictures in the possession of A Erskine Murray, 1878. (Folios 29-41.)
(iii) Rentals and papers dealing with improvement of estates, including notes for the lay-out of the gardens at Alloa, and lists of flowers and shrubs at Drumsheugh, late 18th century. (Folios 42-54.)
