Scope and Contents

Collection contains inventory notes by WGML librarian Audrey Canning on materials in the Library relating to women and the World Wars; an envelope labelled as 'World War 1 & 2 Pics', containing reproduced images; an envelope of reproduced photographs of female war workers; photocopied secondary source articles; and an untitled article/essay by Wendy Turner on 'Scottish Women: Interwar Years'. Folder also contains a photocopy of the journal article 'A New View of Dilution: Women Munitions Workers and Red Clydeside, by Myra Baillie (2004); and a photocopy of the book chapter 'Women at War', from Engineers at War, by Richard Croucher (1982).
