The letters are to Thomas Sadleir of Castletown and Sea Park, 1808 (folio 84), Joseph Cooper Walker, 1809 (folio 85), Richard Heber, 1812 (folio 86), Mr Phillips, 1817 (folio 87), Thomas F Dibdin, 1821, and the Reverend Charles Room, 1828 (folio 88), Burn, bookseller, 1829 (folio 86), and an unidentified correspondent, suggesting the story of the Laird's Jock and another as suitable for illustration, undated (folio 89). The letters are preceded by notes (folio 80).
