Notes, 2009 or before, of Ian Rankin relating to the development of the plot and characters for ‘Dark Entries’. Folios 1-41.

The notes include research and working notes as well as editorial notes of Rankin. Some notes have been revisited and subsequently annotated by Rankin as his development of the graphic novel progressed. Most of the notes are undated and, as such, the arrangement has been suggested by a development of and changes in plot and theme.

Also Included is correspondence from William Dennis of DC Comics containing editorial notes (Folios 23, 41).
