Confirmation of lands of Calderyards to Isobel Shaw, relict of William Wardrop of Quilt., 1662.
Papers, nearly all formal documents, mostly relating to the lands of Foulshields and the families associated with them. The papers are principally those of the Wardrops and their heirs, the Scotts, but also include documents relating to Shaw, Kinloch, Baillie, Weir, and Carmichael families.
Confirmation to James Gardner, burgess of Stirling, and Joneta Forrester his wife, of six bovates of the lands of Skeoch, formerly owned by Thomas Craigingelt of Craigingelt., 12 June 1607.
A collection of five formal documents, 1544-1607, relating to the lands of Skeoch, Stirlingshire (Ch.8486-8490), together with an extract, 1711, of an acknowledgement of payment, 1710, by Charles Hope, 1st Earl of Hopetoun (Ch.8491), and a burgess ticket of Campbeltown, 1764, granted to John Walker, botanist (Ch.8492). Almost all of these papers were used in the claim to the ancient earldom of Levenax, or Lennox, drawn up [but not brought to the House of Lords] by George Cockburn, Haldane of Gleneagles. An inventory of these documents and papers is available.

The family acquired various properties in Angus which were consolidated into the baronies of Innerpeffer and Turin; after Sir Andrew`s purchase of Saltoun the Angus property was sold, some to Col Sir Francis Ruthven in 1648, some to George, Lord Spynie in 1650, and some to George, Earl of Panmure in 1663; current titles will have passed to the purchasers.
