"Key to the private marks of the writers in the 'Edinburgh Encyclopaedia'", in the handwriting of the Very Reverend John Lee, undated but evidently belonging to the early years of the nineteenth century., Early 19th century.
On folios 4-6 are notes on articles written by the Very Reverend John Lee and others for "Blackwood's Magazine", the ‘Spectator’, and newspapers. On folio 7 is an account of Lee's ‘Memorial for the Bible Societies’.
