(i) Papers, 1722-1734, concerning the election of Scottish representative peers (folio 1);
(ii) Notes, undated, of speeches to be made in the House of Lords (folio 69);
(iii) Papers, 1717-1744, being largely accounts, concerning Scottish Customs, Excise, Crown revenue, and offices (folio 90);
(iv) Papers, 1742, concerning Glasgow brewers and the Excise (folio 159);
(v) Copies of papers, 1735-1740, concerning the petition to the Treasury of Sir John Anstruther, Baronet, of Anstruther, concerning feus and teinds in the parish of Newburn (folio 198);
(vi) Copies of papers, circa 1742, concerning Orkney and Shetland, being a memorial for the inhabitants of the islands and 'Remarks and observations on the Bill now depending in favour of the Earl of Morton’ with related papers (folio 206).
