Scope and Contents The contents are as follows: directions for dancing quadrilles, waltzes, reels, and country dances: 'Contre-danses à Paris, 1818' (folio 1); 'Country Dances' (folio 49); 'A selection of reel steps or steps for setting, 1818'. The paper is watermarked 1820 and later. Additions dated 1849 occur on folios 10, 36-37.
