Scope and Contents Robert Cockburn Mossman was a meterologist. He became one of the youngest Fellows of the Royal Society of Edinburgh, when he was nominated aged 20. Mossman worked at the Glen Coe Weather Station, before being recruited to join the Scottish National Antarctic Expedition in 1902. After another expedition to the Arctic, Mossman emigrated to Argentina, dying in Buenos Aires in 1940.There are here three separate volumes relating to Robert Cockburn Mossman: a scrap book relating to...
